Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts
Dual systems for music and voice
Engineering Harmonics designed performance sound systems for amplified concerts that integrate with the natural acoustics of the terraced Helzberg Hall and the proscenium Muriel Kauffman Theatre. EH also designed discreet voice-lift systems to help with speech intelligibility for the spoken words of the maestro and other presenters during otherwise purely acoustic performances. Any non-retractable elements are concealed in the halls’ finishes.
